CATI on Demand – the cloud-based telephone studio

Our telephone studio is fully cloud-based. Interviewers worldwide connect via a secure connection to our servers in Germany and work there exactly as they would in a central studio – based on the same quality standards and proven CATI processes.

For clients this means: a single point of contact, central management, uniform quality – regardless of how many countries are being surveyed simultaneously.

Home-office interviewers worldwide

Interviewers work from their home offices – in over 30 countries. Exclusively native speakers, paid on an hourly basis.

Data hosted in Germany

The client's data pool remains on German servers throughout the entire project cycle – GDPR compliant.

Constant supervision

All interviewers are native speakers working from their home offices. Internationality and data security are not a contradiction: all data is managed centrally via Germany.

CATI with Co-Browsing

For ad tests, concept tests or the evaluation of visual materials, images, videos or interactive content can be shown to respondents in the browser during the telephone interview.

Access to the system is only possible for the respondent during the active interview – ensuring that confidential materials cannot be viewed before or after.

Online survey & IVR

On request we also offer online surveys (CAWI) and automated IVR surveys as supplements to CATI. We use these methods when the study design or target group requires it.

Online survey (CAWI)

Certain target groups and study designs can be conducted more cost-effectively and quickly via online survey. We programme the questionnaire and manage the entire project – in coordination with our online panel partners.

The right choice when the target group is well reachable online, sample sizes are large or visual stimuli need to be presented without Co-Browsing.

IVR survey

IVR surveys (Interactive Voice Response) are conducted fully automatically via a voice dialogue system – without any interviewer involvement. Questions are recorded in advance and answered via keypad or voice recognition.

Typical use case: customer satisfaction survey immediately after a service call – less than 30 seconds for a 2-question survey. Hundreds of interviews simultaneously, results via dashboard in real time.
